“we came home from a weekend away to a hot house with the ac not working. in the middle of a brutal heatwave.
called shipley to report it, brad our tech called me back within fifteen minutes and was at my house twenty minutes later. the problem was located and fixed within another fifteen minutes.
less than one hour after reporting the problem it was fixed and ac was on and cooling down the house.
i know things like this dont happen often but god and shipley were with me this day.
had to pay a little extra because of it being sunday afternoon but well worth it.
