“Brock took direction very well when it came to where to park . I barely noticed he was there until he turned on the vacuum then before you knew it he was done . I had little to no smell of oil and he cleaned up after himself. Very nice experience

“The technician did fine - he came to the house on Sunday, identified the part that was needed, and told me it would be ordered on Monday. It is now noon on Tuesday and I still have no heat with no communication from Shipley (except when I called them). Very disappointing.”
