“The first service person, who came to our house, Ian Hagy, did a very good job. I would be happy to have him work on my furnace in the future. He did not have the part to fix a problem and arranged for another person to come out the same day. This person (whose name I didn't get, but was a foreman in the service department) did an excellent job. I would also be happy to have him work here again. Both of these men should be commended for their good work.”
“The servicemen were very good on both times at our house. The retention head repair was a challenge for the man who was here on Monday. He was able to do the repairs fairly fast.”
