“My boiler stopped working sometime in the night. My technician arrived within 1.5 hours after my call to Shipley. My technician listened to my explanation of the symptoms and quickly started trouble shooting. Within minutes he identified and rectified the problem. My technician was very courteous and cleaned the work area after finishing. A job well done.”
