“I am very unsatisfied with the technican who cme to service my air conditioning unit yesterday. I do not ever want him to come t service anything for me again. He did not seem to kn ow what he was doing. Since the air conditioner was not cooling I had turned the unit off so I turned it on again when he came in and the first thing he said was "Well, it's worki ng now" so apparently he didn't read the reason for my call. He arrived at about 2:20 PM and left my house aboout 2:58 PM after telling me that it would take 24 hours for my air to get dowm\n to 78 degrees from 83 degrees. My system ran constantly from 3:00 PM until I shut it down at 9:00 PM and the temperature was still 83 degrees. Please don't ever send that tech to my home again.
