“Routine maintenance found a defective part (stripped threads) causing an oil leak at the burner. Our technician, Carl, came back late the next evening and replaced the part in time to heat our home during overnight low temperatures in the 40's. He also improved efficiency of our baseboard heat by removing air from the lines after 10 years of use. Thank you Carl.
