“The technician left a message to say they were on the way, but didn’t provide an estimated time of arrival. He didn’t arrive for almost an hour, the drive from York to my home is only a little over a half hour so this was unexpected. He then sat in my driveway for another extended period of time, as I had another appointment unexpectedly scheduled for the same morning earlier in the week this was rather inconvenient, perhaps the technician could sit in his vehicle after he has completed the service next time? Typically Shipley service has always been top notch, however both of the my last 2 service calls have not been typical at all. In fact, the most recent one was scheduled about 6 months ahead of time so I was really hesitant to change it when the scheduling issue came up. Fortunately, I had someone who was able to come babysit the technician since he had spent most of the morning in his van, at least a half hour of that was apparently lounging in my driveway which I find unacceptable! If he was getting tools and things, okay, but he was parked and sitting in his van this gives the appearance of taking a break on the job while I am waiting for him it’s just inappropriate.”

“Am a new customer, 1st delivery today was not at home at time of delivery, propane is for built-in garage heater, pilot light needed lite and I do not have the knowledge to under take the task had I been home it could have been dealt with possibly by the delivery man, now I have to incur additional cost to have one of your technicians come out to take care of it I am a cancer surviving widow with a mortgage and can I'll afford an additional cost but have no choice but to have it done”
“Technician was about to find the issue causing the minisplit problems. There are continuing issues with the lower level minisplit. Hopefully he has solved the problem and will be back with new parts shortly”
