“The service was great. The scheduling was not. They said that the technician would be here to do my furnace and my mother-in-law's furnace next door between noon and 4:00. The technician showed up a few minutes after 4:00 PM, so he didn't finish both furnaces until after 6:00 PM. We had plans for the evening and we had to cancel due to us not being able to make it to our destination on time. The technician was very knowledgeable, did great work and was attentive to cleaning up after himself, so the service itself was great. I just wish that he had arrived a bit earlier.”
