“No directions on how to install (brackets). We have a speedflex and could not figure how to install. Had to contact customer service. They sent us pictures and we got it done. Please add barcode and web address for video on how to install. Installed improperly will get someone hurt.....”
Thanks for the feedback, but there is literally links to our install videos for both the Speedflex and the F7 ON this product page, right above this review.
Not really sure how we could create an easier place to find support, and even though customer didn’t see the videos we still sent additional photos to assist them.
“Everything is good, the gap with the visor and face mask. Only problem I have is the durability of the visor. I have to purchase a new visor every year for my son and he plays 11U. End of the year the visor is too scratched up.”
