“I think the visor is amazing! But I can’t seem to close the gap between facemask. It’s called the Zero G but I seem to still have it. I just ordered new clamps rather than the new rubber ones, hoping that will work. If so, no complaints at all! It looks great and my son loves it.”
We have a few installation videos on YouTube that help maximise the fit. Certain helmets we can not get 100% zero Gap. But we are here to help. You can ALWAYS send us an email at Sales@shoc.com and we are MORE than happy to assist with fitting.
“No directions on how to install (brackets). We have a speedflex and could not figure how to install. Had to contact customer service. They sent us pictures and we got it done. Please add barcode and web address for video on how to install. Installed improperly will get someone hurt.....”

Not really sure how we could create an easier place to find support, and even though customer didn’t see the videos we still sent additional photos to assist them.
