“There was a delay in receiving these boots - no fault of Shoetique - and I was given a 10% discount on boots that were already half price. Shoetique kept me regularly updated and couldn't have been more helpful. The boots are great too! Very comfortable and warm. My only complaint is that the boots don't grip one's ankle and slide around when walking which is a design fault of Fitflops in my opinion.”
