“The boots that I purchased online were found to be far too tight on the calf area which made it very difficult for me to fasten and I am now unable to wear them. Sadly I purchased these boots whilst I was pregnant and thought that the reason I was struggling with the fit was because I had put on some extra pregnancy weight, however 6 months later these boots are still too tight for me to wear.”

“I didn't think I had particularly wide calves, however, the boots were quite tight fitting in the calf and I couldn't do the zip up. I'm a size 10 in clothes so think fitflop should consider making them wider to get more sales. Service from shoetique was excellent and returns were easy thankfully.”

“Love my new fitflop purchase. It's so comfortable on my feet, fits perfectly and so versatile. Can be worn with a skirt or skinny trousers. No need for a break in.
