“First of all, after waiting beyond the expected delivery date, I wrote seeking answers to why there was a delay. I had s response that they have not received my payment from PayPal. This was clearly wrong. I not only had confirmation of payment from PayPal but also s cinfirmstion email from Shoetique that they had received payment and were processing my delivery. Even after I had said that, the lady insisted she has checked their system and there's no payment contrary to PayPal telling me differently. She asked me to forward paypal's confirmation including THEIR OWN email( surely they could have seen that in their system?) It was only after I had forwarded those emails that I received my item Very poor indeed as it meant the item came after I had intended it for a present in a specific day.”
