“The scarf is pretty and versatile hence the 4 stars. Unfortunately the staff at the Roslyn Heights store need lessons in customer service. They really pick and choose who they will barely help and bend over backwards for. I usually receive the “barely help” Also having to come out of the room into the store to see yourself in the mirror is bizarre. It’s so off putting. Once I use up my store credit I probably won’t return.”
