“Bought this April 4th. May 10 would not work. Return time ended May 4th. I would not recommend this product. For the $'s it should last a lot longer than 1 month. It was well taken care of. It was handled with extreme care & still stopped working.”
“It fits clumsily, and while it warms up quite a bit it does not fit well enough to actually benefit an aching shoulder, unless you hold it down with your other hand which defeats the purpose of a wearable heating pad. The “massager†is nothing more than a hollow annoying buzzing. You can feel it in a small way but not in a tangible beneficial way. Cheap.”
“The heat & massage felt great. However, it's a bit of a struggle getting it on because you have to reach around the arm band to secure it on the underside of your arm & the straps that wrap around your chest are not long enough for a woman with a larger breast. It was digging into my body because of this. Also, the part that goes on the shoulder is a bit large - I think it is better fitted to a man!”
“This is a great heating pad for the shoulder if looking for heat. The fit and heat was perfect and like the remote BUT not sure the vibration type massage provides any real benefit.”
