“Amazing pain relief ! Off the charts shoulder pain was resolved in one day. Only four stars for comfort because it's quite bulky over the shoulder and a little shorter than I hoped for down the back. Remote is a bit confusing until you get used to it. But as far as resolving the most severe pain, I don't think you could find a better product. I have used infrared heating pads for years and this is the best one ever.”
“Don't bother. I got this out of desperation due to my shoulder bursitis and I'm returning immediately. Its just a poorly made heating pad that vibrates indiscriminately. It literally feels like a vibrating gamepad attached to your arm. For that price you can purchase a tens unit and a heating pad which is what I'm going back to using. I don't know what I was thinking buying this thing.”
