“Great item. Really does a great job. Many modes to work on your body. My fav is mode 2 which alternatively goes between all of the massage areas. Heat mode is independent which is a plus. “I have been getting physical therapy for an inflammatory tendonitis in my back and hips and discussed this with my therapist who thought it sounded good, so I ordered it. It is WONDERFUL. I love that you can have just heat (only one setting, but a comfortable warmth), or any of 4 zones with different levels of vibration intensity and pattern. It also operates on a timer of about 15 minutes, but it's easy to restart. I showed my therapist the directions that came with it, he went online and researched it and is planning to order one for himself. He also plans to recommend it to any of his patients who might benefit from it. I can't recommend this product enough!!”
“I didn't expect to be amazed by this product but it it so cool. It is surprisingly effective and strong enough to make my back and thighs feel good relief with each massage cycle. Love that it has heat as well.Only complaint is the strap in the back is too short to fit around my chaise lounger. So I just leave it unstrapped to the chair back but it stays on just fine.”
“This massage mat has been a lifesaver for helping me sleep when I have pain or restless legs/body. I have fibromyalgia and sometimes the pain from that and/or the the restless body (like restless leg syndrome, but with my whole body) prevents me from sleeping. All I have to do is put this in my bed, lay down, and turn on the massage feature, and I'm able to go to sleep. I'm a hot sleeper, and I live in southern Nevada, so I haven't tried the heating feature yet. I would highly recommend this massage mat. It's well made, easy to fold and store under the bed, and doesn't cost an arm and a leg.”
