“I got this for my husband, because his back muscles get tight from a lot of computer work as an IT Manager. He uses this every evening on the recliner to loosen things up, and he has had significantly less pain. Since the muscles are not so tight, he shouldn't need to see a chiropractor as often. We feel that this will have it paying for itself within about 9 months, and help prevent more serious back issues (which he has had due to muscle spasms in the past). I recommend this full body unit over the smaller one if you're going to use it any place other than in the car or on a desk chair. We are thinking of getting a second one to put under the mattress pad on the bed. It's summer, so he hasn't used the heat function, but I'm sure he will when the weather gets cold again.
