“I use this product to relax stressed back muscles and for overall relaxation. Just enough heat for me, soothing. Don't mind that it shuts off after 30 minutes because heat is retained for awhile after it turns off. The massaging function suits me; I'm in my 80's and wouldn't do well with a strenuous massaging action so I keep the controls set at a action that's kind to my old bones. I placed this product on my recliner chair and it fits perfectly. Controls are very easy to understand and operate. I would recommend this product.”
