The covering is a soft velvet material, the motors are quiet, and very strong. The programmed settings are versatile and very relaxing. I have a shiatsu massage chair I paid 1500 for, and I like this mat just as much! I bought this for use when I travel, as I have trouble sleeping, and a massage helps me relax. Pairing it with a zero gravity chair should be sublime! Would even be of good use on a bed for those who are bed bound.”
