“"the act of rubbing or kneading". i detest titles that are misleading and have nothing to do with what the product actually does. stop using the word MASSAGE for something that ONLY vibrates.ever use a weed eater or hedge trimmer that makes your hand feel numb, tingly & weird afterwards? that is what this mat does to your entire body. worse yet, at spastic crazy intervals that remind me of those copper decorative led string lights with a remote control that changes the way the lights blink... not relaxing at all. and certainly not a massage by definition.maybe you could time the crazy vibrate settings with the strobe blink settings of one of those light sets for some weird, out-of-body, rave club-like experience? i may be on to a new craze! but if you want anything that resembles a real massage - this mat is not it.”
