The mat was also easy to use, once I understood the settings and functions. If you are into holistic alternatives, this mat may be ideal for you. I have used it for my back, stomach pain, and even just to relieve some stress. This mat in my opinion was worth my splurge.”

“I wish I could give this more than 5 stars. My husband absolutely loves this, the features are all great, he can place the pad on the sofa or in the rocking chair (although it does not fit that great in the chair). The material is very soft and pad itself is comfortable. We flipped the pad upside down so he would have more rolling or massaging down on his leg and calf area. This pad is also lightweight and easy to move around. I cannot think of anything negative.”
