“I bought this to help with my restless leg syndrome. While it doesn't actually help rls go away if I am having a good night it really helps me sleep. It's very comforting. Kind of like rocking yourself. Anyone with restless leg syndrome knows how terrible it is and I just needed something to give me comfort. The only negative I'd say is it can't be washed. Overall if vibrations don't make your rls worse I'd give this a try.”
