“I tried out a few of the high end bed mattresses along with this more affordable one and I thought I'd go for the most expensive with shiatsu rollers and the whole works - but at the end of the day - literally at the end of the day - this is the best thing to simply have on your mattress to get your muscles to relax and to hopefully get a good night's rest despite whatever is causing you pain.It's lightweight. The material is soft. It lays conveniently wherever you want it to - if its a bed - its perfect, and it just wakes you up in the morning if you need a circulation wake up or soothe your muscles at the end of the day.It is only a vibration massage - no shiatsu - but it is all I need to just relax. The shiatsu is helpful to dig deep into an injury or tension but this is nice to get your body to release the tension. I also hear that when used regularly - it also helps with muscle tone so looking forward to seeing if this helps as well.”
