I often am awakened by acute shoulder pain from a repeated injury, and this hand held bit of magic is the best way I've found to quiet my discomfort, using it on my shoulder, upper arm, and neck. “I clearly did not read enough of the reviews! If I had, the first one that said DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS would have made me not purchase this. For one, there should be no sellers on TRAKK with "no returns" except in very specific circumstances. This machine is so loud when it's not pressed against your skin. I tried all of the attachments and there was no difference in the usage it was the same hum and pressure. It doesn't even give enough strength to feel like its really getting into your muscles. The heat attachment got somewhat hot when it was not moving but as soon as you applied to the skin with the vibration on it cooled down, so I was like, this is useless. It never really got that hot to begin with. I'm very disappointed.”
