“In the details it states that this massager has adjustable vibration, but when you turn the dial the intensity doesn't change. Very frustrating. I have reached out to the company for a replacement and I have not received a reply. I recommend getting the step down version that doesn't come with heat. The vibration actually adjusts on it. And the handle is longer which is more comfortable.”
