“I've been experiencing more neck and shoulder pain lately from work, and this has started to help make a difference. I use it for about 15 minutes at a time, and I will say it is a little painful at the start...with trying to get in a comfortable position. But after about three uses, I was getting more used to the positioning and I could feel it making a great difference. Putting your arms above your head while using it really helps with aiding that range of motion that for me at least tends to get stiff. I definitely recommend!”
“I've never used any sort of traction device, but this thing has me sold. The first time I used it, I wasn't sure it was doing anything at all at first. After a moment or so I felt my jaw release it's tension and my sinuses started crackling! Wasn't expecting that at all. There's some definite "day after" soreness as you adjust. Mine felt along the lines of mildly sleeping on a pillow wrong but it was nowhere near the amount of pain I had been dealing with. It was it's own sort of relief realizing my neck only felt a little stiff the next day and not the amount of pain I was used to. I bought the one with the O-shape in the middle. I'm now curious as to the amount of difference between this and the one with the C-shape opening. If you're just not sure, take the plunge. The worst thing would be having to return it...but if you're in pain, I say go for it and see if it's something that can bring even momentary relief. It definitely has helped me.”
