“It works but with some issues that might be the same on most machines. It slips across the floor even with the mat provided. The foot straps are folded when packed and this makes it hard to put your feet through.”
“My physical therapist recommended this model; I have no idea what she was thinking! It was harder than it should be to assemble. Then the pedal holders were not big enough to fit my feet comfortable. True, I wear a Ladies 11, but that is equal to a men's 9.5. What gives with that? Then the device was not stable on any type floors in our house. On top of that, it had a jerky motion, which was very off-putting. I returned it.”
“This unit is not good, the stability on the floor is poor. Not good for hard floors, a floor rug would help it from moving around? The mechanism adjuster does not work properly, there is hardly any range of motion that can be adjusted with the turn knob that is supposed to add resistance. I would not recommend this unit.”
“Exerciser was easy to assemble and use except for a missing foot pad which made it unstable and slide. I asked for replacement pad and was offered a whole set of hardware to order at their cost. While it works as a quick fix I still have to wait for the parts and be stuck with a whole bunch of hardware I don't need. Is this a hint that I will need them in the future? I don't know but customer service was pretty quick in responding with a solution so I guess all is good for now. Works great as a hand cycle and foot cycle.”
