“I purchased this machine to use at work (I sit ALL DAY), and while I like the portability, and light weight of the machine, especially while using it at work, there are however, a couple of things that could be improved to make it better to operate. The first thing that needs to be addressed, is the grips on the bottom of the legs. I tried using this machine on a hard cement type surface, and on carpet, neither of them worked well. The machine kept sliding and moving, and would not keep from sliding from side to side, and also slid forward out of position so that I had to continuously readjust it when I peddled. If the manufacturer can find a way to keep it anchored in place it would improve the experience 75%. The only way I could remedy the problem was to tie a rope around the legs of the machine, then tied it around the chair I was sitting in. This stopped the machine from sliding forward, but there was still a slight issue with it sliding from side to side. The other thing that disappointed me was the fact that the digital counter used the metric system, so instead of reading in standard miles it read in kilometers, so unless you're familiar with the metric system, you'll have to look up the conversion numbers. The machine worked mechanically fine, the peddles moved fine, and the adjustment knob to control the peddle tension offered several levels of pressure. If you want something you can use without trying to figure out ways to make adjustments for your use, keep looking. If you don't mind work arounds, or don't want to spend more than the $45 dollars for this item, this will be fine for you.”
“Really enjoy the little thing it's so comfortable to just move your legs while you're sitting watching TV or you're on your phone the only thing I don't like is it moves when I'm pedaling meaning is not real sturdy other than that I like it”
“Great idea for the elderly to exercise at home. It needs a rubbery surface as it slips on the tile floor while pedaling. It might work better on a carpet. The digital counter doesn't work properly so we don't use it !”
“I like the product but it has its draw backs. I've used it 5 days a week for almost 2 months. It's not smooth while peddling. I don't have a pre-existing knee problem so I don't mind the slight pause in rotation but my husband does and won't use it. The higher the tension the more you notice this. The tension isn't consistent. I'll turn it up but it slips out of its setting and gets looses. I also don't think that the digital calorie tracker is correct. I'll pedle for 2 miles and it says I've burned 700-800 calories. My friend who is a bike rider can ride for 10 miles and burns less. The other thing to consider is if your using it daily spend time finding the best sitting position for you! My first 2 weeks with it resulted in nothing but back pain. After I found my ideal chair height to desk height my back pain was gone.I do love having the unit at my desk. I feel the rewards of constant circulation in my legs. I've noticed a change in muscle tone and overall I feel good after I spend a day using it. For the price it was a great purchase for me. I didn't want to invest too much only to find out I hate it. Turns out I love it and strangly look forward to Mondays back in the office.”
“I have stasis dermatis in both of my lower legs along with a case of chronic plantar fasciitis, I'm hoping this will help to build strength and circulate the blood back up to my heart and reduce the inflamation in my lower legs and feet. This small machine gives the option to peddle in the comfort of a living room while watching a favorite tv show or while time playing around on social media, You could actually take it with you anywhere you go, Its small and compact so it doesnt take up a lot of room, When I'm finished with it I'm able to just sit it off to the side of the chair and pull it back over when I'm ready to cycle again. I've only used it a few times since I got it which has only been around three days, I'll update at a later time after I've had more time with the machine and hopefully have good news to report on.”
