TRAKK Lunar Shape Memory Pillow Reviews

4.3 Rating 780 Reviews
This cushion hugs your curves, supports and lets you be comfy. I took it to a ball game and sat on it for hours but no sore butt or back. It is also light and can be taken on plane, car, etc. I also keep it on my bad chair to do computer work. Even having a bad chair can be corrected with this cushion. For places that are flat with no support- always take this along. Easy to wash the cushion cover- remove and wash. I just put on a pillow case for easy cleaning. Also tells you which way is front and fits sort of like a saddle.

The shipment is fast, withing 2 days I got it. It looks very well made, soft and yet support. I bought it for my coming 10 hours flight travel, I haven't try it yet, it is not very heavy to carry around. I am looking forward to use it on my long flight. After a year of using it. It is still holding the shape. I like it. So I bought another one for my mother-in laws for travel. When I am not traveling, it is very good to sit on it for a long time doing homework.

I bought 5 different cushions from TRAKK, and this was the best for my lower back and tailbone pain. I can't sit for a long time, but this is the most supportive and comfortable. I am buying another one, and probably donate the other cushions. I am just happy to find something that really works!!

Overall, I like the product although I do have a few personal issues. After sitting in my office chair for a couple of hours, I can decidedly tell that the cushion has compressed. I don't know if it rated for a particular weight range or not. (I am currently weighing in at about 270#). Also, I wish it was a tad longer. I am a pretty tall guy (6'2") with long legs and the cushion does not reach the end of my office chair which is creating pressure about mid thigh.

You don't know what you are missing until you try this. I have been struggling with lower back pain and overall posture, and this has been my saving grace. The support is much needed and very comfortable. I have less strain and do not have the back strain I used to have. This seat cushion is firmer than others, but that for me that is what helps take the pressure off my tailbone. The first two days I wasn't sure because I wasn't use to it, but after a few more days my back has adjusted and feels much better after sitting for long periods. If you want to make your office chair more comfortable you need this!

Pros: Great support, no tailbone issue even after prolonged seating, it contours to your butt cheeks well, it reduces back pain and it doesn't slide off your office chair that easily.Cons: The fabric seems to be poorly made (I ripped a two inch hole just by transporting it from the parking lot to my desk - about 140 feet away), not a soft cushion like how I initially thought (it will eventually contour to your butt cheeks minutes after you sit on it) and I was hoping if it can at least be 2 inch longer..

From the moment I started using this item, the pressure on my coccyx was completely relieved. It seems also to have helped my sciatica. Nice that there is a carrying strap so you can easily take it with you. I'm thinking of buying a second pillow for another chair. I use the one I have for my office chair, and frequently forget to take the pillow with me when I sit elsewhere.Update 7-11 This Coccyx pillow is so good that I've ordered another one so that I don't have to carry my original one with me from the two chairs I most often use.The pillow is specifically for coccyx pain and seems to help some people with sciatic pain as well. But there are a lot of different causes for back pain, so I get why this doesn't stop some people's back pain - it has a specific purpose - coccyx pain. As to being 'flat' after sitting on it, I think it has a lot to do with a person's weight and the size of their buttox.
