I ended up buying a cheaper version made by Armor All of all companies;). - I am an OT and bought this for a patient for positioning but had to get the cheaper one as mentioned.The cover of this product is very plush and the quality is excellent but the foam pillow itself is too thick and over supports, if you will, which causes an over extended angle at hips.Shipping was great, quality excellent, pillow too thick.”

“This is a great cushion. The only thing to be aware of is that if you have a chair with a short seat, then when you put this on the back of the chair, it is so think that you will be sitting on the edge of your seat and that is uncomfortable and you keep falling off your chair. So if you use this cushion, then make sure you have a long seat on your chair. A normal sized seat won't be good. But other than that it is very comfortable.”
“I liked that it's form fitting. I'm an average build person and it was almost not wide enough. I did not get any back cramps on a 900 mile trip where we only stopped for gas. I recommend you lean your seat forward a little so you still get shoulder support while using this. Use the straps, I did not and it slid around a bit which is very difficult to correct while driving. If it were 1-2" wider I believe it would be perfect for the price and usage. Vehicle was a 2016 Escalade so other vehicles may have different experiences.”
