Well worth buying. Used it on our drive from south central Texas to Northwestern Nebraska. OMG it did not disappoint.

This did not work for me. I have bruising and inflammation from childbirth on my tailbone. I can't sit down hardly.. and this didn't help. It was a great cushion for my grandmother to drive my truck. I think if you really have problems (not from prolong sitting) it may not work. But it may work for prolong sitting?

I've purchased five of these over the past several years for myself and four other people. This cushion is comfortable, soft, and durable. What's not to like? It works very well. I use it in my desk chair and on the floor for meditative prayer. When sitting on the floor, I reverse the position so that the hollow space is in the front. I weigh 205 lbs, and it works well for me.

Bought this for my husband because sitting is so painful and difficult for him. He brings it in the car and uses it there and can now drive and sit comfortably for longer than 15 minutes before being in agony. The coccyx pillow has made a huge difference for him (I think it did more than the surgery he had to try and alleviate his symptoms).

This product stands to it's promises. I use it in the office chair, where I have to seat most of my day. Lately I start having lower back pain and couldn't deal with it just by exercising and pain killers. As soon as I received the ComiLife and used it just for a day, I noticed that my back was not aching anymore. I felt better instantly. Foam is very sturdy and do not flatten permanently. It is think. So, be ready to lower your chair down to adjust the height. I highly recommend ComfiLife Coccyx to anyone with long seating job, with backache or not. It's just keeps posture and spine aligned and healthy.

This is an office chair lifesaver. I'd been coming home with significant low back and hip pain and finally gave in. I have to say I'm a little self-conscious of such an obvious orthopedic device in my office chair-- it's big, but of course it wouldn't work otherwise.Aesthetics aside, this has really helped my back and hips. Another things I like is that the bottom "grips" my office chair; I move around a lot, but it hasn't budged yet. It was easy to get used to: I mainly noticed that I felt like I was sitting higher up than before. A side bonus is that the firmness of the cushion kind of forces me to sit in my chair properly; I have a bad habit of twisting, sitting on my legs, all that. For me, it's working also for behavior modification.Unless it flattens into a pancake in the near future, I'm very pleased with this purchase.

This cushion is on the firm and bulky side, but it did make a difference when working sit for extended periods of time. it helped my with my piriformis syndrome. It requires a "break-in" period to adjust to your shape.

Really thick seat cushion. Awkwardly thick. Hard thick. Didn't alleviate my tail bone pain. It actually exacerbated the issue, I had throbbing aches at the tail bone for hours after use. Also caused leg cramping. This is not the magic memory foam of like a Casper, Nectar, or Tuft & Needle mattress but more like ghoulish memory foam of the demon doll in Annabelle.
