Pillow does immediate provide support and comfort needed with lower back pain and discomfort from sciatica. However after 5 nights sleeping with it. It does become uncomfortable in the middle of the night. It is soft and flexible and doesn't flatten but somehow I awaken in the night uncomfortable. Maybe I'm not sleeping with it correctly. Don't think that is it though.

I really like this knee pillow. Right size, not too soft or too firm. Keeps my back aligned when I sleep on my side. It's great... Except there's little balls on the fabric after using it a while. Other than that it's fine. Still functions great and everything it just doesn't look as nice anymore

Bought this gift for my mother, who suffered knee pain from reduced cartilage, between the joint. Though she has improved in health, it helps to prevent future discomfort and anguish on the ligaments.

This pillow is amazing. I sleep on my side and always wake up with a hurting lower back. And I mean terrible pain.So I finally gave in and bought this pillow. And it was an immediate pain relief. I have been using it for almost 2 weeks now and wake up with barely any pain in my lower back and more rested. This pillow is amazing and I am definitely recommending it!!!

A simply amazing product. I bought ComfiLife Orthopedic Knee Pillow for Sciatica Relief, Back Pain, Leg Pain, Pregnancy, Hip and Joint Pain - Memory Foam Wedge Contour during one of TRAKK's Lightning Deals and it did not disappoint. My wife is jealous because I'm getting amazing sleep and hip support during these trying times. I'd recommend ComfiLife Orthopedic Knee Pillow for Sciatica Relief, Back Pain, Leg Pain, Pregnancy, Hip and Joint Pain - Memory Foam Wedge Contour to anyone, man or woman.

The memory foam pillow smashes down between my legs and I am not a heavy person on any level. I purchased two and if I don't use them both one right at my knees and the other closer to my ankles... there is no real support for the alignment of my spine while lying on my side.

As many of us with bad knees I also slept last few years with the pillow between knees, before I purchased this knee pillow. It took me some while to get used to it. It's smaller then the pillow and easier to "handle" under the blankets. It definitely brings the comfort not only to aching knees but also to pains with sciatic nerve and associated discomforts. It has removable cover for easy wash. I am glad I purchased it.

It's too small and too hard. VERY hard. I don't know if I'd call that "supportive" or not. I've always wanted one of these. They're recommended by many for hip and/or knee pain. But a pillow is just much more comfortable. If this were bigger, and even thinner on one end (like angled towards the thighs), and just a LITTLE bit of softness, MAYBE I would have liked it. But it gave me no relief at all. I think it even CAUSED pain. Maybe there are other ones out there that are better, but being unhappy with this purchase made me too gun-shy to even try. I'll just stick with a pillow.
