TRAKK Memory Foam Knee Wedge Pillow Reviews

This was one those purchases that was bought thinking "No way can it be so simple, but what the hell i've tried everything at this point". I'm a fairly athletic male and for the past 5 years now have been suffering from severe sciatica. At times it was so painful I couldn't get out of bed to even use the restroom. Over the years it became a pain that I just got used to. Every day crawling out of bed, limping walking to my car, sitting down, going upstairs, pretty much feeling it every hour of the day. Sucked it up and tried dealing with it with anti inflammatory supplements, hours of stretching, yoga, etc. with nothing helping.About 2 weeks ago, I summited Mt. Whitney (yes i know that sounds crazy for someone suffering from sciatica, but like i said earlier, i just suck it up and do it) and my buddy mentioned that his mom suffered from something similar and that she would put a pillow under/between her legs and it seemed to help. Obviously I dismissed it at first thinking that there's no way it could be that simple but was willing to try it. The day we got back I browsed TRAKK for "Knee Pillows" and found this. I KID YOU GUYS NOT, ALL MY PAIN WENT AWAY AFTER 1 NIGHT! 1 NIGHT!!!I held off writing this review because I wanted to give it more time and didn't want to jynx myself telling everyone it went away. But it's been 2 solid weeks that I've been pain free! Absolutely baffled by this in a good way.

I ordered this pillow because I was unable to sleep through the night due to pain. My knees would hurt if they touched. I slept through the night the first time I used it. Would definitely recommend.

First night was terrible! BUT...I decided I needed to give it a chance. Second night was much better..And...my leg pain was much better‼️ Now I am getting use to it and liking it even more. I know my leg and back pain is so much better so I will continue to use it! There is a bit of a learning curve to keep it in place! I will definitely keep it.

Possibly if it was designed a little differently not quite as wind and not quite as hard I'm finding that I just a regular soft pillow works just fine unfortunately I didn't feel it was returnable once it was opened

This pillow is very nice with pregnancy related sleep discomfort. I pair it with a belly wedge and wake up much less achy than I used to! Wish I'd looked into one for past pregnancies!I'm 5'6'' and this pillow just above my knees keeps my hips in a nice, comfortable alignment!

I'll start with the pros: the materials seem to be high qualityCons: everything else. The thickness in the center was actually a really good height for getting my knees to be in alignment with my hips. However, the shape of the rest of the pillow made it incredibly uncomfortable for the other parts of my legs. I tried it for a few nights to make sure there wasn't a learning curve. I tried positioning it close to my knees. I tried putting it further up my thighs. I tried lying half on my front/ half on my side with the pillow just under my top knee. After being so exhausted from continuously waking to reposition the pillow night after night, I threw it onto the floor and went back to my old leg pillow in the middle of the night. There is obviously not a pillow case that you can just put on top (that I know of), so you are either being scratched by the tag or the zipper (or both) the whole night.I am pregnant, and I was hoping to find some relief from my lower back and hip pain. This pillow did not deliver. I am so upset that I spent $20 on a lump of worthless foam.Of note: I am 5' 3" and about 130 lbs (non-pregnancy), in case it helps you to compare reviews based on the reviewer's dimensions.

Life changer. I have had a broken back for most of my life, and had just gotten used to pain being a part of my daily life. After ONE night with this pillow, my opinion was drastically changed. Sciatic nerve pain constantly radiated into my lower extremities, even on "good days". That stopped on day 2 of owning this pillow. I won't claim to understand how it helped, but I will never sleep without one of these pillows again. Thanks to what it has done, I can now be more physically active, further improving my health. Well done, ComfiLife!

The pillow is so small I'm not really sure how it's supposed to help... I tried to like it but I just don't
