TRAKK Memory Foam Knee Wedge Pillow Reviews

4.1 Rating 912 Reviews
This is just okay for me. I had really high hopes but it just isn't thick enough. I find when I use it that my knees are only about 2 inches apart. I was hoping this would help align my spine but really it just prevents my knees from directly touching. I'm still using it because with the curved shape it stays in place better than a regular pillow. Just wish it were thicker when in use.

Recently had reconstructive ankle surgery and needed something to aid in equal weight distribution of my hips and knees. This wedge has surprisingly been helpful in more ways than expected. The material is soft and of quality form, it doesn't squeeze flat when weight applied. Happy with my investment!

Just to add to all the other great reviews. I was a little skeptical, but I love this pillow. I used to use a bed pillow, which was cumbersome when turning over, and often would end up without it where it needed to be in the night. This very comfortable cushion seems to meld with my legs and stays with me, and keeps my hips aligned and lets me sleep more comfortably. I haven't tried any of the others, some much less expensive, but I can say I love this one.

I have sciatica in my left leg from a herniated disk in my L5 S1. I prefer to sleep on my side but cannot do so without pain in my hip and leg. I was hopeful from reading reviews that this would help but unfortunately it did not make a difference in my comfort or ability to not be in pain. The product itself seems well made, comfortable and supportive. Unfortunately for me it didn't work but maybe for some it will.

Overall I like the knee pillow and benefits it provides. From my perspective, with arthritic knee and hip, here are specific pros and cons:Pros: provides cushion for knees and keeps them apart curves with shape provide good spaces for legsCons: - Material does allow too much compression depending on where placed (I do have larger, heavier legs) - Pillow slides out with shifting while sleeping; adjustable strap for one side might be way keep pillow in place

This pillow is much superior to another supposed "Memory foam" pillow I bought at a department store. The ComfiLife is firm, but not rigid. I place it just above the knees, and go right to sleep. I don't have to constantly re-position it to get comfortable. I wish everything in life worked that well, including my joints, lol.

I bought this a couple of years ago. I've been sleeping with a bed pillow between my legs for years, and this felt just--WEIRD the first time I used it. I kept it just in case, but went back to the bed pillow. The past few months I've been experiencing hip problems and I also found I was struggling to turn over with the big bed pillow. I pulled this out and decided to try again. It took a couple of nights to get used to, but I found it does a great job of providing support. AND--this is the great part that isn't readily apparent till you've used it a few times--it is easy to roll over and change positions without a struggle to keep a big pillow in place. I'm sleeping comfortably through the night with no pain in the morning.Be patient, give it a few nights to get used to it. It WORKS.Bonus: the cover is soft and comfortable and the small size makes it easy to tuck behind (or between) your other pillows when you make the bed.
