TRAKK Memory Foam Knee Wedge Pillow Reviews

4.1 Rating 912 Reviews
I'd tried a regular pillow, couch pillow, and body pillow. I'd begun to think that positioning wouldn't help, but this pillow helps a bunch! I can walk to the bathroom (50x/night) without wincing the whole way!

Too stiff and too high to get comfortable with this pillow. I'm larger 5'8", so thought it might be better than the $5.00 deal I bought at a local hardware store, which is 12 the depth. I have scoliosis in my back and sciatica issues up one side. Could not get to sleep, kept trying to reposition the pillow and wouldn't stay out when I thought it might be comfortablew. I'm back to the $5 deal which gives me some relief. Still looking.

This has replaced my body pillow and now there's more room in our bed. This is comfortable and provides me the support I need. I like that I am able to turn over and keep it between my knees, something I could not do with my body pillow.

Your pillow is not enough. I woke up without back pain and it felt weird. I'm not used to the sensation of walking to the bathroom without that familiar twinge of morning pain. There is a little stiffness but it's still a whole new world. I am a persnickety sleeper, but I was able to adjust to it from the first night and sleep well. Excellent investment.

The knee pillow has helped me a lot with my hip pain. I would recommend this to anyone experiencing low back, sciatica and/or hip pain. It helps to keep your low back and hips properly aligned while lying on your side. Now, if I can just figure out how not to drop it onto the floor after I fall asleep.

I love this thing. Much better than using a pillow between my knees. It does not get hot, stays in place, and it works! I have hip, knee, and back problems. The only way I can lay on my side is if I have a pillow between my knees, and that gets hot and does not stay in place. This knee pillow stays in place (for me anyway), does not get hot, and keeps my legs in the proper position so I do not wake up in pain. This is very comfortable and does not squish down from the weight of my leg, like some knee pillows I have reviewed. I weight 142 pounds and this is perfect for me.

At first I thought I was going to love it but after using it a few nights I discovered it to go completely flat after having my knee on it for more than 20 minutes. Totally unhelpful with it being flat for me as I am a side sleeper who sleeps with my top knee kicked out in front of me. I was hoping this would work as good as my body pillow so I would not have to sleep with a big body pillow between my husband and myself.

I never thought I would adapt to a pillow between my legs. I have some health issues at the moment that are mostly forcing me to sleep on my side. I'm a natural back sleeper. It's been about a week using this pillow, but I am fully adapted. At first I thought it was a little too thick, but I've either compressed it with use or gotten used to it. Most of the time I put the knee pillow near my knees, but sometimes I put it under my right hamstring where I have a lower back issue. It is improving my sleep. It's not a cure-all, but it helps my sleep, so yes, it's worth the cost.
