I am trying to avoid buying a new mattress because my back is hurting, thought I would give this a try. It actually helps keep my knees locked in place and my back feels better in the morning.

I like the pillow very much....especially that it is firm yet soft. I am struggling trying to situate the pillow so that it stays in place. I went to the ComfiLife website in hopes of finding some instructions or at least some suggestions but wasn't able to find anything. I'm sure that I will get the optimum placement figured out in time. I guess I'm doing something right as it has helped my pain.

I agree with the other reviews that this pillow is not supportive and goes flat almost instantly. It's almost as if there is nothing between my legs at all. Really disappointed as I am pregnant and need the extra support. I've gone back to a regular pillow.

I've always used a pillow, which worked okay. I gave this a try, and I was pleasantly surprised how well it did. The fabric soft, and the memory foam does a decent job. The only two problems I've experienced, is that during the night, the fabric seems to absorb a fair amount of body heat, so it gets somewhat uncomfortable after a period of use during the night. The other is that it doesn't hold its shape very well after 5'ish hours of continued use. The pillow was fairly flat by 5am. I still recommend it though, as it has helped tremendously with the pain.

This orthopedic pillow takes some getting acclimated to but it has helped relieve some of my back pain in the morning time. It doesn't always stay in place as I sleep but I think that has more to do woth how I sleep than the pillow. It does help support my knees and keep me better aligned when I use it.

I've been using this pillow for two years, and like other reviewers, I've been amazed that it stays in place between the legs while sleeping. I like that I don't have to secure it to my legs with straps. I have also found it to be less hot than bunching up covers between my knees, as I was doing before buying this pillow. When I recently traveled and slept in a hotel bed without it, I woke during the night with pain from the pressure between my knees. So I'm very pleased that this pillow is doing what I bought it for - preventing knee pain from pressure while sleeping.

I have peripheral neuropathy and this keeps my legs from touching each other when I'm sleeping, it works wonderfully well. It's easy to squeeze to roll over to your other side.

I have been using these types of pillows for years. This one by far has been one of the best. It does not have that annoying strap on it that attaches to your leg. It really does help you sleep at night.
