“I don't keep it all night for the reason it's supposed to be used but that is just because I move in my sleep. My purpose is to try to sleep on my side because sleeping on my stomach is my preference but it's killing my back. My 2 year old wants to put his head on it. I use it to prop my foot. It's just super soft material that you want to use for everything.”
“Received my pillow about a week ago. I'm overall happy with my purchase. The material is great, it's very well made and arrived promptly.I still can't write a full review of my experience using the pillow. It's only been a week and haven't felt any improvement sleeping. My back still hurts a lot sleeping and walking or standing. I have a doctors' appointment in a couple of days, hopefully with proper treatment and using the pillow I'll feel a bit of relief in a couple of months.P.S. I have a pinched nerve and sciatica pain caused by three herniated disks.”
“It's a great little knee pillow I suppose, but it's way to tall so my top leg is uncomfortably too high. It still works better than a pillow though, so I will learn to get used to it.”
“The price on this pillow seemed way out of line for a small chunk of memory foam with a cloth cover. The foam is too dense for the application. The material properties of the memory foam selected by the manufacturer are poorly matched this application, and I know something about this stuff from using various densities of memory foam in the design and manufacture of aircraft seats. In addition, the pillow fits only between the knees, leaving the ankles touching, which becomes very uncomfortable. What is really needed is a pillow that extends from knee to foot, keeping the lower legs more or less parallel. A lower density memory foam is needed to properly cushion the legs at knee and ankle joints. If I were doing it, I would use a thin outer layer of low-density foam over a higher density core. If manufactured as I describe, the price we paid would be appropriate. My wife ordered this to help with her sciatica, used it for one night and decided it was pretty much useless. I do not recommend this product.”
“I have had issues with my lower back as I tend to sleep on my side. I had seen several commercials about how such pillows can help keep you spine aligned better as you sleep and eliminates that pain so I decided to give it a try. Unlike some others I found the pillow to hold it shape well and not flatten out with use. I would prefer that it was slightly larger which would allow the cut outs where you leg goes to be bigger. When I use it at my knee location it just doesn't seem big enough. I found using the pillow has produced some better results for my back pain, but not a huge difference. Its good but I am not getting the results I had hoped for.”
“A very comfortable knee pillow. It seemed large at first, but it is perfect for lining up your legs with your spine and stays in place when you roll around during the night. The only problem is the zipped covering has too short a zipper for easy removal for washing.”
“The night before this arrived was my most painful. My hips were screaming at me and I spent the night flipping from side to side. Pillows never stay in place so I had given up using them for support. I could not wait until this silly little foam thing arrived yesterday. I figured it had to help at least a little. Let me tell you, I woke up this morning with NO PAIN. I think rolled over once or twice, but I had such a restful night's sleep all because of this curvy chunk of foam. It stayed in place and it was easy to keep in place even when I rolled over. The cover is very soft and seems like it will be easy to remove and clean. Buy this. You won't be sorry.”
“This thing is a life saver! I used to have bad nocturnal back pain... saw a chiropractor, physical therapy, nsaids, neurosurgeon you name it. Nothing helped. I used to use a flat pillow between my legs. I was skeptical at first because it's a little pillow but omg what a lifesaver! I have slept through the night the past few nights with no pain. I highly recommend this little miracle pillow”
