“AMAZING product!! I had a multi-ligament reconstruction surgery which causes so much discomfort while sleeping. Literally no position is comfortable. When laying on my back, I put the knee pillow under my leg but under my knee and it alleviates so much pain. Sleeping sideways is also very uncomfortable, but using the knee pillow makes it so much more comfortable. I thought the pillow was too stiff when it first arrived but it is the perfect stiffness to comfort the knee. I've had two knee surgeries already and I wish I would've bought this after my first knee surgery rather than just finding out about it now.”
“I have numerous spine issues and have used a knee pillow for several years. The old pillow was looking it's age and needed to be gone. “I purchased this pillow because I have back and leg issues. For years, I have slept with a regular bed pillow between my legs to alleviate some of my morning pain. Since I've been using the ComfiLife pillow, I do have less pain, but in my opinion, the main benefit to this pillow is the lack of bulkiness. The pillow stays in place during the night which a bed pillow never did. I recommend this product.Update: I had to quit using this product because my pain was increasing. I was very sad.”

“(4 1/2 stars) I first bought one of these three years ago because I am a side sleeper and was looking to have a better alignment of my legs. The pillow has worked well. It's thicker than a different one I tried (a more expensive one from Relax The Back) and it also has lasted better than the Relax the Back one. The Relax The Back one has basically lost all resistance and doesn't keep my knees separate anymore. My one issue with the pillow is over time the cover started balling and became rough to the touch. However, customer service was great with this. Wrote to the company asking if I could buy a replacement cover and they wrote back saying replacement covers weren't available yet (would be soon) and offered to send me a replacement pillow! I have a couple other Comfilife products too (seat cushion, back cushion), and they all seem well made. I was so satisfied with the knee pillow I recently bought a second one because I wanted to have two.”
