“(4 1/2 stars) I first bought one of these three years ago because I am a side sleeper and was looking to have a better alignment of my legs. The pillow has worked well. It's thicker than a different one I tried (a more expensive one from Relax The Back) and it also has lasted better than the Relax the Back one. The Relax The Back one has basically lost all resistance and doesn't keep my knees separate anymore. My one issue with the pillow is over time the cover started balling and became rough to the touch. However, customer service was great with this. Wrote to the company asking if I could buy a replacement cover and they wrote back saying replacement covers weren't available yet (would be soon) and offered to send me a replacement pillow! I have a couple other Comfilife products too (seat cushion, back cushion), and they all seem well made. I was so satisfied with the knee pillow I recently bought a second one because I wanted to have two.”
“I liked the pillow, however, my hip and leg did not. That said, I was trying the pillow because a regular bed pillow makes me hot. I just recently underwent a total hip replacement and a pillow is mandatory. My leg, which broke during surgery, immediately got sore which caused more pain. As I heal more, I will try the pillow again. I do like it, just didn't want to cause my leg further problems.”
“I am still getting used to sleeping with my new orthopedic knee pillow. I like this product because of its size, its density, and its washable cover. I just had a total knee replacement and for this reason, I am still getting adjusted to sleeping with the pillow. Also, I still have pain at night due to the operation but the pillow does help me because I am a side-sleeper and when my operated knee is in the top position, I can sleep. I highly recommend this product because of its convenient size as I have had other pillow in the past that were gigantic.”
“I purchased these for my mother who has dementia/Alzheimer's and is at the point where she is pretty much immobile. She started getting pressure sores that continually got worse. Initially we didn't know what they were and understand what was causing this, but once we did, we purchase these offloading boots. They are very helpful in healing/preventing pressure sores. They are soft and have a lot of padding to keep her comfortable. I don't know how much time we will be fortunate enough to have her in our lives, despite her diminished state, but what I do know is that theses boots will make her comfortable during that time period. Thank you for aiding in making my mother comfortable while we're still fortunate enough to be by her side and let her know how much she's appreciated and loved!”
“The spacing is way to narrow to give a gap between the legs, thus creating heat. The cushion inside isn't stiff, so its basically squishing your legs without a pillow. There is no point in having this unless you have legs of a anorexic and legs weighting less than 12lb each.”
“Doesn't support you well it's too small and puts you in an awkward position. A standard pillow is considered more comfortable and equally pressure relieving.”
“While it is made well, I find it too small ..or rather not deep and curved and it falls away every time. I had one once that was perfect and someone made off with it. Finding the right replacement has been a nightmare..the quest continues :(”
“I am primarily a side sleeper and have used regular pillows between my knees to sleep. Over a month ago I strained a deep muscle in the glute area and the regular pillow wasn't cutting it anymore. I ordered this pillow and a bolster pillow for support. It has really improved the quality of my sleep and I am not waking up any longer from hip pain. I've really liked the support this pillow provides.”
