“This pillow definitely supported my leg and gave me some pain relief in my hip and lower back. However, I am an active sleeper and I just could not stay in this position for more than an hour. Turning over required fully waking up, moving the pillow to the other side, shifting the blankets, etc., just for another hour of sleep. Halfway through the night, I just kicked it to the ground. I think it would be great if you could stay in one position for a good share of the night.”

“I bought this for my husband (5'10', 182 lbs) to help with sciatica pain. After using this one night, he developed hip pain in both hips. He thought it was a coincidence and figured he needed to give it a second night to try. The next morning, his pain was horrendous and the pain stayed with him all day. That night he slept without it, and woke the next morning without pain. This obviously helps a lot of people, based on what the reviews say (which is why I ordered it). But based on his experience...it's not for everyone.He thinks that the gap between his knees was too wide and that's what caused his pain. I also noticed he didn't move around as much the two nights he used it, and that may have compounded the problem. Regardless, he won't be using it any more.”
