“Using this to sleep on my side while healing from a herniated disc in lumbar spine. It helps relieve pressure while sleeping. Overall it has made sleep much more comfortable, although it doesn't relieve the pain completely. The fabric and cover need work, though. I have dark bedding and the cover picks up every little piece of dark lint. It would also be great to have a waterproof or dustproof cover.”
“I had knee replacement surgery about 4 months ago and before buying this pillow, I had difficulty sleeping on my side, my preferred sleeping position. While I tried to use regular pillows between my legs for side sleeping, it usually wouldn't take long before my knee started aching and I had to change positions. And trying to roll over from 1 side to the other with a regular pillow between your legs is difficult. This pillow makes it much easier to find a position that does not cause pain, and it is also very easy to roll from 1 side to the other while keeping the pillow between your legs. So it's been a help to me.”
