Very nice product for those who need to separate their knees when they sleep for back pain. Pillow is firm and doesn't sink or loose its firmness when you use it. I also like that you can watch the cover. I have washed the cover and hung it to dry so it wouldn't shrink--worked well.I have also used this for my neck and my legs--very versatile and glad I got it.

I purchased this product to relieve sciatic pain. After experimenting with respect to pillow placement, I found that the best position for me was to place the pillow 3 or 4 inches above my knee joints in order to receive maximum pain relief. This took 2 or 3 nights to accomplish, but well worth the effort!!My only negative comment is with respect to the pillow case. I am afraid that once I remove it to wash, it will be impossible to put back on because of the very snug fit. Is this something that can be improved upon without loosing any of the qualities that make the pillow so comfortable?

This was a complete waste of my money. It is the most uncomfortable item I can think of. I wrote the company about it and got an email saying they had put me on the warranty list. A lot of good that does me. Trash! To the company's credit they did contact me again and gave me full and immediate refund. This item is still not for me.

At 5'3', about 145 it's a little bigger than I would have liked. My knees are a little further apart than I would like and when positioned properly, my feet touch, which didn't happen with a regular pillow. Still using it though and have gotten used to it. Sturdy and good quality.

For me personally this pillow is best for napping not sleeping under covers. That's just my preference. Having said that it does help reduce and relieve my lower back pain from sciatica.

I have knee problems and have had a few knee surgeries. I also have low back issues. I started not being able to get comfortable laying on my sides. It would feel like my low back was being twisted or something. I'd be so sore in the morning. I read that these types of pillows help - so I read many reviews and settled on this one. It has helped so much with my pain and my sleep. I can't sleep without it now.

I've always been a side sleeper. Always. So why the hell did I wake up all of sudden and could barely walk when I got out of bed, like I needed a hip replacement or something. I got this pillow, and by golly that ish worked! No more hip pain. It's been several months since I've started using it, and the firmness is starting to give so I will probably have to get another one eventually. But it has already proved its worth at this point.

Not at all what I hoped I would get based on previous reviews. I wonder if the reviewers got a free or huge discount to give a good review. Within minutes the product develops too much heat for comfort. Also the pillow is to big and unwieldy to stay in place . 2 stars may be too many !Longtime shopper on TRAKK . I rarely give reviews but this product needed a warning label type review. Buyer beware .
