“I wouldn't describe this as a "pillow" per say.It hardly has any give and is extremely firm.Not what I was looking for.My legs did not rest on the pillow. I'm a side sleeper and I got the pillow to put between my knees. All that was accomplished was my top leg falling off the pillow all night because it was so stiff.”
“I have some really horrible chronic back pain problems, and I tried using this pillow to improve my quality of sleep for months to no avail. It's far too small to be effective, and the material compresses to nothing so that I should feel my knees contacting through the pillow. “I use it every night, and it definitely helps, I just wish it was a little bit bigger. I chose this over one that attaches to my leg and I am glad that I did, since I like to put it at different places on my thigh during different parts of the night as well as not using it at all sometimes. For a 6 foot 260 male with wide hips, it is slightly too small, but better than using a pillow or bunching up my futon blanket. In case you are wondering, you really can't use it successfully on the flat ends, you really got to use it as designed, putting your thighs or knees in the curved parts. I have also used it for about 3 months now every night and it has retained it's rigidness, which is quite better than I expected, so its a durable product.
