“I have disc disease and have several belts but this one looked good. It comes with two cold packs and works well. It's big enough and stays in place without doubling up on me. The packs get cold quickly too.Doesn't take long to heat in microwave so be careful with that. Big help with my back pain. Can be worn without the pack even at night. I'm glad I bought it. Lightweight too. Comment two: I used to love it but the Velcro stopped working after a few months. Very disappointed.”

“Product gets ICE cold. Slips easily into the mesh portion of cover and can be adjusted to sit higher or lower on back easily. It does fit snuggly and I prefer to just hold it in place until I sit and then unsnap and just lean or lie against it. I did fall asleep on it once which was not the best because it gets just as HOT as it does cold. If I ever needed to use it for warmth, I am confident it would do well. The cover is machine washable and velcro is easy to do/undo. I like that it comes with 2 gel packs so I always have the backup ready to go as needed.”
