“I bought this in November - I have used it half a dozen times and now the small beads are coming out from one side, as shown in the photo so therefore can't use it as you can't put it in the microwave or freezer! I wanted to return it and hoped you'd replace it for a new one as it did help, ​but it's out of return date!”
