“Works more than for the back I had a herniated disc and used this prior to my surgery. It was GREAT! Loved that I could walk around or sit in a seat and it still be in place right where I needed it to be. I also used it on my daughter's shoulder and wrapped it around that and it stayed in place. I'm currently using it on my knee too and that's just as good to wrap it and keep it in place. Can't walk around with it on my knee as it would slide down a bit, but that's fine because I shouldn't be walking on it when icing! I love that it came with 2 packs. Nice that I have another one ready to go in case I forget to put the one back in the freezer. Highly recommend.”
