“This is not meant for an adult. At least not a normal to mildly above average sized adult. I'm 5'6" and 170lbs. Most of my weight is in my stomach, but even with that I still only wear a size 12 women's. It's basically too small to fit around my abdomen. I got it for back pain, and it seems like it would be nice if it actually fit. But this will not fit anyone above a size 12 and almost definitely won't fit an adult male. I didn't return it because my son's girlfriend is tiny and she can use it. She's about 5'3" and I'd guess probably 100lbs.”
