“I have a degenerative disc and lifting weighty items or just doing gardening for long periods of time causes intense pain. I have only had this heating pad a few days but it has, and will be, used almost daily for the relief it provides. The first day I only used the massage feature. After the auto off (30 minutes) my back felt so much better. Earlier today I lifted an object which was much to heavy for me. After the pain starting increasing to the point I could not bend over, I used the heat along with the massage feature. After the 30 minute shut off, I could feel the difference. The heat relaxed the area around my lower back and I was able to stretch easier. A significant decrease in pain. While I have used heating pads before, I like that this is a belt so the heat is only where I need it. The velcro ensures the belt stays in place. The control allows you to adjust both intensity and vibration patterns along with the heat setting. I did place this in a position where I could have my upper shoulder against pad. Combined with the kneading massage pattern, it was very relaxing. This is one of those items I regret not buying sooner.”
