“I have cervical everything! I'm not in a good way. My physical therapist told me about this pillow and he swore by it. So I thought coming from an expert I need to try it. I was extremely shocked the first time I laid my head down. I never realized what supports the neck. It felt like a pillow specifically for the neck! It was almost wild!! For the first time in many many years I actually had support for my neck. It almost felt like somebody was holding my neck up. I can't say too much about it using it for side sleepers or stomach sleepers due to failed lumbar surgeries but I can say for having to lay on my back it's the most support I have felt in a very long time. The reason why I gave four stars for pain relief is because I have yet to have my cervical area repaired. So I won't know exactly how this will feel after I have the surgery done. I'm still on the fence with even having it done. but what I can say is that I have noticed a difference from the very start of using this. The way I go to bed at night I wake up in the exact same position meaning I am sleeping through the night finally!This is an update due to being able to use this magical pillow for many months. It truly has made a significant difference in my neck. I don't have any more pain, I still continue to sleep through the night. This pillow has made a HUGE Difference in my life. “I got the Standard size. I'm 5'2†for reference so not a large, tall person. I have a pinched nerve in my neck & shoulder issues. I typically have to sleep with 2 pillows in some capacity in order for my neck to feel supported. Last night was my first night sleeping with this pillow and I slept like a baby. “My neck went from 0-16 in one night. I saw about a 90% improvement of the neck pain I was having. The cradle in the center of the pillow does a great job of stabilizing your head, and curve that falls under the back of your next provides full support of everything above the shoulders. Or, it feels like your head is kind of floating. That said, I have slept on my side my entire life, so the idea of sleeping on my back was not something I was happy about. Lo and behold, I knocked out no problem and when I woke up, I was on my side. The bonus was finding out that you can also sleep on your side with this pillow. Just position your ear in the center of that same cradle, and you should be good to go. I'm glad I bought this.”
